Calling all River Rangers! There is a problem in the Smith River watershed; is agriculture to blame? We will need your help during this thrilling, hands-on inquiry lab that brings real-world science into your classroom! Open the door for your students to become a River Ranger while investigating the sources of excess nutrients impacting water quality. Get ready to engage your students with interactive activities that will make them feel like environmental scientists on a mission while they discover (1.) the intriguing mystery of nutrient pollution; (2.) best management practices for animal science, plant science, and beyond; and (3.) real-life applications in natural resources and environmental science.
