Program Focus: Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEIA), Opioid Misuse Prevention, Youth in Agriculture, and Women's Health
Knesha leads multiple initiatives focused on enhancing public health and safety within the agricultural sector. She plays a key role in delivering specialized training for youth and educators in agriculture, ensuring that young workers are equipped with essential safety knowledge and best practices. Her work includes overseeing worker safety training through OSHA programs and spearheading "Invest in Your Health," which offers critical resources for youth working in agriculture. Knesha also leads opioid misuse prevention efforts tailored to healthcare providers and educators working within agricultural communities.
In addition to these initiatives, Knesha is at the forefront of AgriSafe’s Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEIA) efforts, ensuring that these principles are integrated across all programs, with a special focus on outreach to underserved youth and educators in agricultural settings.
