About me
Over the past 11 years, I have had the privilege of teaching Foundations of Agriculture and Animal Science at Corinth Holders High School. My passion lies in connecting students to agriculture and helping them realize its significant impact on their lives.
Growing up without a direct connection to agriculture has deeply influenced my teaching approach. This experience has strengthened my commitment to making agriculture accessible and relevant to my students. Today, I raise showstock on my family farm, lead a 4-H livestock club, and advocate for rural America through the National Grange.
My time in education has taught me that learning never truly ends; there are always new ways to grow professionally, motivate students, and inspire learning. I hope you’ll join us in exploring how to incorporate inquiry-based methods into your classrooms.
