Are your 3-Circle Complete? Let's See What the Data Says and Tips to Reach Your Program's 3-Circle Goal and Other Program Management Reports in AET
Wednesday December 4, 2024 1:15pm - 2:30pm CST
This workshop is sponsored by AET.

This workshop will focus on Program Management Reports in AET, which help in grant applications and create targets for your program. We will start with the 3-Circle report, which combines the classroom, FFA, and SAE engagement. We will also share strategies to help grow your results! Next are classroom metrics such as freshman retention, senior completers, and senior exit surveys to share your student's future goals. SAE reports focus on first-year students' Foundational SAE and continuing students' movements into Immersion SAEs. FFA engagement and tips to grow your students' results in this area. Finally, we will review student parity engagement and compare it to your school demographics to view your program's reach. The key is that these data values are your students' records…so view your data!

Helping students "find" their SAE experience using ExploreSAE.com, Develop a Draft SAE Plan and Get Started...One Step!
Wednesday December 4, 2024 4:15pm - 4:45pm CST

Students can also take ideas they have and add them to their AET records or print a PDF and submit it for a grade. Alternatively, teachers can view their students' mock experiences and compare SAE types and areas of interest to a state and national listing to compare... significant data to share with your CTE leaders. Come and learn more!

Getting Employers & Supervisors Involved in Documented SAE Evaluations to Support SAE as a WBL Experience
Thursday December 5, 2024 3:15pm - 3:45pm CST
This workshop will cover how to empower employers, supervisors, and those involved with SAEs to record student work evaluations easily. This process can also add validation for your SAEs as Work-Based Learning (WBL) experiences and build relationships with local businesses and stakeholders for your program. A key area of WBL accreditation is evaluations tied in with student hours and skills for WBL documentation, which can help. New e-signature plans in AET can also align with SAE/WBL Agreements, which continue to connect to quality WBL and keep students, parents, and employers on the same page.
