You will explore the underlying concepts of occupational burnout, learn why teachers are leaving the profession, and discover why agricultural educators are more exhausted than ever. By the end of the workshop you will learn several strategies that you can immediately implement that will have a positive impact on your ability to balance both your personal and professional lives. Join this critical conservation and together we can "avoid the burn."
