Preservice teachers are changing, how have you adapted your teacher preparation program to meet the needs of your current students? This workshop aims to provide agricultural education teacher preparation faculty with an opportunity to discuss the needs of current post-secondary preservice teachers. Specifically, discussions will revolve around professional dispositions, resilience, grit, and overall wellness. Teacher educators will be challenged to brainstorm, collaborate, and establish best practices for the preparation of SBAE teacher aspirants.
